At Maple Ridge, we pride ourselves on our transparent pricing because we know when it comes to making the decision about memory care we want you to be provided with all the details up front.
Monthly Fees
- Companion Suite (shared bath) Starting at $8,995/mo.
- Small Private Suite Starting at $10,695/mo.
- Large Private Suite Starting at $10,995/mo.
Levels of Care
- Level One $600 per month
- Level Two $900 per month
- Level Three $1,300 per month
- Enhanced Care Priced based on resident needs
Other Fees
- Administration & Service Fee (one-time fee) $4,500
- Second Person Fee $2,000 per month
- Continence Program $350
Mild to moderate incontinence
- Continence Program $400-$500
Heavy incontinence
- Respite Stays Daily Rate plus 10%
Included in the monthly fee are the following:
- 24-hour nursing staff
- Medication management
- Three nutritious meals per day and healthy “anytime” snacks
- Housekeeping and personal laundry services;
- The AspireCare calendar of scheduled and impromptu social, cultural, and recreational activities 7 days a week.
- Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities
- Cable television
These rates are effective October 1, 2023 and are subject to change.
Maple Ridge Lodge does not participate in any subsidy programs at this time.
