Licensed Nursing Assistant/LNA
The Licensed Nursing Assistant / LNA performs the resident services tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Our services are a prime focus for our Resident Care department. This position provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintain high resident and family satisfaction, meet high expectations, and ensure that HallKeen Assisted Living services are implemented in a service/customer focused
manner.

Medication Technician
The Med Tech is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medications and treatments in a safe, organized manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, training of new med techs, and overseeing current med techs. The Med Tech also serves as Resident Care Provider/LNA as needed.

Life Quality Assistant – no experience required!
The Life Quality Assistant is there to improve the experience of our residents during their daily experience. Not a position that requires you to do give personal care such as bathing to a resident is required, but this is a career ladder position that can lead to a higher paid, hands-on position, should the successful applicant desire it. The assistant will help with maintaining the clean appearance of the surroundings, may serve meals or snacks, may participate in activities and trips, and may provide one on one companionship for individual residents.
Housekeeper
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness of our community spaces and residents’ living areas. Your responsibilities will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all areas are sanitized to the highest standards. We seek an individual with an eye for detail, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in housekeeping is valued, but most importantly, we are searching for someone who takes pride in their work and finds fulfillment in creating a home-like atmosphere for our residents.
Laundry Associate
Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in our laundry facilities, handling residents’ personal items with care, and providing prompt and efficient laundry services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in laundry services is a plus, but most importantly, we seek someone who is kind, patient, and understanding.
