Director of Nursing – Campus Role
Full time position.
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for administration of all resident care and wellness services. Directs, plans, and coordinates services activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel. Interprets and ensures compliance with all aspects of HallKeen Assisted Living policies and procedures and State regulations to all staff.
Charge Nurse – Memory Care – RN/LPN
Evening shift with Weekend Rotation.
The Charge Nurse is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with the overall implementation, delivery and coordination of Resident Care services at the Community. The nurse will recommend a plan of care for existing residents, coordinate the resident’s care, and document resident files according to state regulations. Will also assist in monitoring the community’s medication management program. Will have some staff supervisory responsibilities within Resident Care Department and act as Manager on Duty or on-call as assigned by the Director. This position ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and standards set forth by the State in which Community operates.
Activities Director
Full time position.
The Activities Director is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive activities and recreation program designed to enhance the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of residents. This role requires close collaboration with administration, resident care staff, families, and community partners to ensure programs are tailored to individual needs and interests while remaining compliant with current state regulations. Responsibilities include organizing and evaluating activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating volunteers, arranging transportation and outings, and facilitating resident engagement in hobbies, crafts, and special events. The Activities Director also plays a key role in orienting new residents and families, fostering interdepartmental communication, promoting community involvement, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and enriching living environment.
Licensed Practicing Nurse LPN
Hiring Full and Part-time positions.
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital Supervisor role in delivering quality care and services to residents, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. This role is responsible for overseeing Care Providers/LNAs, implementing care plans, administering medication, monitoring resident health, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies. The LPN is a key member of the Resident Care team and is expected to provide timely, compassionate, and efficient care while promoting resident dignity and well-being. A commitment to exceptional service, communication, and resident satisfaction is essential to success in this role.
Licensed Nursing Assistant/Care Providers
The Licensed Nursing Assistant / Care Provider performs the resident services tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Our services are a prime focus for our Resident Care department. This position provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintain high resident and family satisfaction, meet high expectations, and ensure that HallKeen Assisted Living services are implemented in a service/customer focused manner.

The Dining Room Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all customers—including residents, guests, and family members—in our community dining room. This role plays a key part in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
