Every Friday 4pm-8pm and every other weekend 12pm-8pm
Job Summary
As a receptionist in our senior living community, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing helpful information with a friendly and welcoming attitude. You’ll also assist with scheduling, managing mail, and supporting the daily needs of our residents and staff. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of others every day.

Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Able to work the assigned schedule and shift.
Physical Demands
- Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas.
- Physically able to push and pull equipment and furnishings.
- Physically able to stand for periods of time up to 7.5 hours.
