Licensed Practicing Nurse LPN
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital Supervisor role in delivering quality care and services to residents, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. This role is responsible for overseeing Care Providers/LNAs, implementing care plans, administering medication, monitoring resident health, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies. The LPN is a key member of the Resident Care team and is expected to provide timely, compassionate, and efficient care while promoting resident dignity and well-being. A commitment to exceptional service, communication, and resident satisfaction is essential to success in this role.
Licensed Nursing Assistant/Care Providers
The Licensed Nursing Assistant / Care Provider performs the resident services tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Our services are a prime focus for our Resident Care department. This position provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintain high resident and family satisfaction, meet high expectations, and ensure that HallKeen Assisted Living services are implemented in a service/customer focused manner.
All shifts needed, including evenings and nighttime.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and team members. This role plays an essential part in upholding the appearance and sanitation of resident apartments and common areas in accordance with community standards. Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, the Housekeeper ensures that cleaning services are performed efficiently, respectfully, and with attention to detail. A focus on customer service, resident satisfaction, and pride in your work is key to success in this role.
Dining Room Server
(Assisted Living) Full time, every other weekend required.

The Dining Room Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all customers—including residents, guests, and family members—in our community dining room. This role plays a key part in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality and customer service.
Kitchen Assistant
(Memory Care) Mon-Fri | 11am-7PM, full time.
The Kitchen Assistant supports the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment. Responsibilities include washing and properly storing all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning floors, surfaces, and other designated areas. This role ensures that all health and safety standards are met while contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork are essential to success in this position.
