Dining Room Wait Staff
Day Shift Hours 7am-2pm
Job Summary
As a wait staff member in our senior living community, you will help make mealtime a great experience for our residents. Your job will include taking food orders, serving meals, and making sure each person gets kind and friendly service. You will also help keep the dining area clean and assist with some meal prep. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to make a positive difference in their day-to-day lives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Able to work the assigned schedule and shift.
Physical Demands
- Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas.
- Physically able to push and pull equipment and furnishings.
- Physically able to stand for periods of time up to 7.5 hours.
